By accessing Shinjard Global or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

Products

We sell access to TradingView Pine Script indicators. These are digital products delivered via TradingView's access system.

Access Rules

• Access granted to one TradingView account only — sharing is prohibited
• Subscriptions begin from the date access is granted
• Access is revoked automatically at subscription end

Limitation of Liability

Shinjard Global shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages from use of our indicators or services.

Information We Collect

• Email address and name (required for account)
• TradingView username (required for access)
• Payment information (via Cashfree — we don't store card details)

How We Use It

• To authenticate your account
• To grant and manage TradingView indicator access
• To process payments and maintain records

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with TradingView (for access) and payment processors.
